6. Published Sites

When you publish a site through MkPage, the content of that site becomes publicly accessible on the internet at your chosen subdomain (e.g., yoursite.mkpage.co) or custom domain. Any information you include in your published site is public. Do not include sensitive personal information in your published sites. We are not responsible for the content users publish through the Service and do not monitor published sites.

7. Data Storage and Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure password hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Uploaded images are stored on Cloudflare R2 and served through a content delivery network. Temporary uploads from unauthenticated sessions are automatically deleted after 7 days.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you acknowledge that your information may be transferred outside your country of residence.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable law.
