Build Your First Site
A step-by-step walkthrough of creating your first website on Make Page.
Start a new project
From your dashboard, click the New Site button or the Create New Site card. You'll be taken to the template gallery where you can choose your starting point.
Choose a template
Browse the template gallery and pick a design that matches your goals. You can preview any template before selecting it. Every template is fully customizable — pick the one closest to your vision.
Starting from scratch? You can also create a blank site and build everything from the ground up using the drag-and-drop editor.
Edit your site
Open the editor
After selecting a template, the visual editor opens automatically. You'll see a live preview of your site with a component panel on the left.
Add and arrange content
Drag components from the left panel onto your page. Click any element to select it and edit its content, colors, and layout.
Customize the design
Use the right panel to adjust spacing, colors, fonts, and other properties for each component. Changes appear instantly.
Preview your work
Click the Preview button in the toolbar to see exactly how your site will look to visitors, without any editor overlays.
Save your progress
Your work is saved automatically as you edit. You can close the editor and come back at any time — your latest changes will be there when you return.
