Publishing issues
"Subdomain already taken" error
Someone else has already claimed that subdomain. Try a different name — adding a word, number, or hyphen can help you find an available option.
Editor issues
Components won't drag
Make sure you're dragging from the Blocks tab in the side panel on the right. If the issue persists, try refreshing the page.
Changes not saving
Changes save automatically, but if you notice they're not persisting, check your internet connection. The editor needs an active connection to save. Try refreshing the page — your most recent auto-save should be preserved.
Account issues
Can't log in
Double-check your email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the reset link on the login page. If you still can't access your account, contact support.
Password reset email not arriving
Check your spam/junk folder first. Emails come from [email protected]. Allow a few minutes for delivery. If it's still not there, try requesting a new reset link.
